5th Sunday Spiritual Practice
On the 5th Sunday, we gather in a sacred way—walking the labyrinth as a moving meditation and receiving the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls. This morning invites you into stillness, renewal, and deep connection with Spirit. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to rest comfortably during the sound bath. (Some mats and blankets available) A Love Offering of $10 is suggested but not required, as we honor the flow of giving and receiving.
